We purchased the Vigo Rector Matte Brushed Gold Shower Panel to go in our newly renovated bathroom along with the matching Vigo Elan Glass Shower Door. The panel proved easy to install (we were able to have it prior to the renovation, so we were able to plan best for supports and openings). While installing we were delighted with the overall quality of the metal & equipment underneath (solid tubing without the risk of kinking like some other units we have had). If you have done plumbing before, this is a straightforward/ easy install with some flexibility for adjustments. Test for leaks before you mount (obviously). We used a soft chair to set the panel on with a towel to keep from pulling on the plumbing or scratching the surface.Once installed, we immediately were able to see the fruits of our labor! The pressure is amazing! The rain shower head is, of course, epically good but the body sprays are surprisingly useful & pleasant (as is the body spray wand). It would be nice to be able to use the body sprays at the same time as the shower head, but alas…that is not an option with this unit. No leaking from the insides or anywhere that shouldn’t. Beautiful matte brushed gold exterior that feels very high-end. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with the Vigo Rector Matte Brushed Gold Shower Panel!
