I've had to buy in 6 months and the second one before as well. Unfortunately I can't get my money back for the guest one so I lost $326. The seal busted in the same place on the second one in less than a month. So I sent it back.

Replacement for same product that developed a leak I couldn’t fix. Installation should come with better instructions. It still leaks at the same spot.

I had this model installed in my home twelve years ago. It finally quit working. I ordered the exact same model to replace the original so I wouldn't have to open the shower wall up to install a new valve. It installed perfectly and I am totally satisfied. Love this shower bar!

This shower head is amazing! It’s like standing in a gentle rain. The back massagers feel so good. Definitely 5 stars. Install was easy as well.Update: the handheld part broke and won’t dispense water. I received this 2/16/23 and am being told that I have no recourse as it is past 30 days. So disappointed. For the cost it certainly should have lasted more than this amount of time.

Bought another to replace the original Bonzai installed more than 10 years ago. It is a true retrofit that updated my shower with a spa-like appearance for a reasonable price. The shower handle is great for washing the dog (note: it has a long hose so you don't struggle with reach). If you are wondering, I used the adhesive to install, no drilling done, and the replacement Bonzai I purchased clicked into the existing wall mounts so I didn't have to remove and reinstall the mountings. I even just reconnected to the escutcheon plate. Because the supply line hose is adjustable, you have some play in the height of your unit so the shower head should not be too short for you.

I bought this thing over two years ago and it's still performing well. I use it every day and LOVE it! Every shower should have one of these. Absolutely love the pulsed jets!I did mount this with screws because I didn't understand how tape could hold this thing up. I did have a problem with two of the jets not spinning out of the box but a call to the company was accompanied with quick delivery of replacement jets and problem solved! I also changed out the hand held spray for one with more options. Highly recommend!

I have had my Shower Spa for over 5 years now. I really love this unit because it was very easy to install and the price was incredible compared to some of the other ones that were more than three times the price with the same features. I have since replaced the Rain Shower with a multi spray Rain Shower Head. I am considering getting another one as this one is starting to corrode at the valve. By replacing it with another one I don't have to redo my shower, just remove and replace with the same model.

One of my summer 2013 home improvement projects was a new shower for the master bath but in anticipation of a lot of summer guests, I did not want to take a bathroom out of service (for showers) during construction so I bought this shower system to replace the spout for my Jacuzzi.I expected so-so quality and was pleasantly surprised that a plastic shower system could actually be built this well. The unit is made to connect to an overhead shower pipe and I had to retrofit (cut, sand, solder) to install it but it was worth the hour's work.My only big complaint was that the handheld was pretty poor quality (thus the loss of a star) but I replaced it with the Speakman Anystream. The (3) small high pressure jets only have about 6 streams each so they're quite limited in the amount of water they deliver so don't expect them to pound you... but it still feels wonderful!All in all, a very good buy at the price of a good handheld shower head once you upgrade the handheld that came with it.
