I first noticed the big dent on the side and figured that came from poor shipping. But when I got it out of its packaging, nice cloth sleeve protecting the shower it had a big dent right in the face of the shower! It shipped like that! No way could shipping had done that. I didnt even want a replacement, just a refund and a different manufacture
