The shower feels great but it is not plumbed for NAmerican plumbing and we got severe water hammering in the pipes that now bang everytime water is shut off anywhere in the house.We will be returning this item.We do not recommend

The shower panel looks very durable and its also very lightweight. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles with regards to features but its enough to cover my basic needs. It took me a little bit of time to install this as my shower stall was already complete and I thought this panel would be an easier upgrade than what was required. I had to demo a small part of my shower stall to connect the plumbing lines and also to remove my existing lower spout and shower head to accommodate this panel otherwise it wouldn't look clean with all of the extra hardware sticking out. Once finally amounted on the wall it feels very stable just make sure you put silicone around the edges so water does not get trapped behind the unit. The dimensions of the panel were a good fit for my shower as the ceiling is about 8 feet high and I could mount this a little higher for a better rainfall effect. The handheld sprayer is pretty convenient to have and the water pressure feels strong. The panel lacks a few features like the center spray nozzles and temperature display panel. Overall it is a quality product albeit with basic features and the price at time of review is a bit costly but it would be a great addition to any existing bathroom.

Our previous shower panel worked great until it didn’t. So we bought this new one which appears to have zero water pressure compared to the old one. Are we missing something? Is anybody else having this problem? Happy to update my review if we can resolve the issue. Sent a message to the seller. Have not heard back yet.

Why would they selling incompatible product in Canada, after I drilled two holes on the bathroom wall, what a disappointment. 3/4" connector instead of 3/8" beats me.

Very nice unit with good output from the shower head, excellent wand, easy to use controls and very good quality stainless. We've had ours up for a year on a garage wall near the salt water pool and haven't done a thing to it. It looks like the day we put it up and was easy to plumb. Picture was taken today a month after a hurricane hit our area. I haven't showered inside in 4 months. Just love it.

After installing and using this shower set, I am very pleased and I give it five stars. Looking at other reviews, that may change based on how well the finish holds up in our Hawaii weather and how well the internal parts last.The unit body is stainless steel, a bit on the thin side for my taste, but not weak or wimpy. I was concerned about those corners catching and holding moisture, causing rust. However, every corner has a weep hole, not big but enough to allow good drainage. The main mixer valve is metal, however the selector for the shower/wand/spout is a composite material. That may be good or bad. Time will tell, however at the moment, the control clicks into the detents sharply and securely. The braided hoses and fittings are substantial and not cheap. The unit has a slick way of attaching to the wall so it can be removed for servicing. It uses two "French cleats" to hold it on the wall. Downward weight pulls the unit closer to the wall, but it can be lifted off if needed. This is for an outside shower, so we'll see how it holds up. As an initial reaction I am well pleased with the value I got for the price I paid.

I purchased one of these units for a new shower in a downstairs where the water source was coming from above and not concealed in a wall. It solved my problem and looks wonderful!That was more than one year ago and has held up wonderfully. I made the mistake of using a scratchy sponge that took off a small bit of the finish in one spot. So only use soft sponges to clean.I love this unit so much we purchased a second for a bathroom remodel. So happy!

This shower is very good. My family has been using it for a few years now. It is easy to mount and unmount as needed. There was enough room in the back to install two pvc valves in case it needs to be replaced. The selector knob has a very audible and tactile click to let you know what mode you're on. The temperature/flow control knob is smooth and stays where you keep it. The shower head is easy to adjust. It has knobs to tighten it's position once it's in a good spot. The flow from the main shower head and the handle is very even. The water pressure is satisfying without spraying too hard. All in all, a very good product.

Despite the estimate by Amazon of 2 weeks to deliver to FL from Canada, it arrived in about a week. That's good because I was tempted to do the plumbing ahead of time, which I'm glad I didn't. Be sure to wait until you get the unit before you install the plumbing in the wall. You'll have to decide how high you want to hang your shower panel, which is dependent on personal preference, and differs from traditional given the rain head and swivel arm. And, the hot and cold connections will be different distances from the center line.(for us 33-1/2" from floor, cold right of center 1-7/8" and hot 3-3/8" to left of C/L) The unit came with 2 swivel elbows for connecting to wall piping, which is nice, but the threads were not tapered enough to used with standard pipe fittings. Plus, they were too short for the thickness of tile I was using, so I used locally available elbows instead. This one quality issue reduced my rating from a 5 - a complex part that was a nice touch to include but they got the geometry wrong.It'll be another couple weeks to get the shower finished and test the panel, but so far we like the looks and workmanship overall.Post-install update: Had to carefully measure and think about the position of the pipes in the wall. The sides of the shower are not symmetrical given the hand-held hose inside so the cold was 2" off center and the hot was 3-1/2". Doing that made hanging it on the hangers a breeze: the hoses folded up inside without any trouble.The flow on the head is stronger than I expected given we have low water pressure here. The flow on the hand-held is excellent: I think that will be a popular use with the wand merely hanging in it's holder. It's basically a neck down body shower. The bottom spigot is important because it allows you to run the shower until the water is the right temp and them switch over to the shower head or hand-held. So far so good. More later after we've lived with it awhile.

I am giving 5 star rating not only because I didn't find any issue with the product but I also find that this shower is actually far far better than other regular high cost three way shower and other shower panel I tried. I even tried removing water saver and at one point I was thinking to get it water pump install.During bathroom renovation I got new 3 way shower - I replaced with other new due to water flow / pressure issue by get little high price shower system this time ($225) but didn't work well with water flow even though I converted to 2 way where only one shower will work at any time. Finally I ordered this one and tested out, and I was so happy that I found this product. It's giving me 50% or more water pressure and water flow. This is not 3 way so at any point only one type shower will work.It cost me $200 extra to remove my regular shower but installation of this panel was very easy. Even testing was very easy too without complete installation.Like: Great water flow - more water and easy to use, great look, Increased the height of shower (Great advantage for tall people)Dislike: Unable to find more video and more product reviewsRecommend: Yes, I did ordered another one and replaced in my another bathroom down stair
