This is one of the best investments made for a small bathroom renovation.Plumber installed in about half hour.Has been 6 months now and no issues. It dies at times make a squeaky noise but not bothersome enough to drive me crazy.All the functions work probably and no rust or water spots forming on this piece.Actually a conversation piece when guest use the bathroom and can’t believe the price paid.

Update: 1/29/25: Finally heard back from the company. After many emails and photos with customer service (thank you, Alice!) it was determined the temperature control handle was broken. The company sent me a new tower and I just had it installed. This tower works so much better! There are no problems with any of the handles; the temperature control button actually pushes down, and the handle actually turns. Thank you, Achelous and Alice (great customer service rep!), for fixing this!I've had this shower tower for 18 months. The temperature control handle will now only turn about 1/4". My plumber came out and said the thermostatic cartridge is bad and needs to be replaced. Have contacted the company through email and phone listed in installation manual and heard nothing.

I've been waiting to review this shower tower for quite awhile. I initially ordered it to replace the shower in my main bathroom, but figured out that a retrofit wasn't possible. The shower is tiled, and the bath spigot and shower head were too far apart to allow this shower system to work. Luckily for me, I'm upgrading the whole bathroom now so I was finally able to install it! At first glance, this shower system looks complicated to install, but it's really not. I tore out the tile shower, so I was able to get a view of the rough-in plumbing which made this much easier for me. I did have to mount a board between the studs so that I had something to screw the support brackets into. I likewise had to remove the existing solenoid valve that controlled water in the old shower and revert back to two separate water supply lines - None of this is difficult if you're DIY- minded like I am. Otherwise, a plumber or handyman is likely a good idea. I also watched a few online videos about how to install this type of shower and that made things much easier for me. Once you have the background work done and the shower installed, it's a DREAM. The body jets are adjustable to a small extent. The dial easily moves between features (shower/jets/waterfall tub/hand shower). The Temperature dial is a bit weird to me, as the numbers listed are in Celsius and not something we're accustomed to in the US; still, it was easy to find my sweet spot. I also have the perfect temp picked for my kiddos so that anyone giving them a bath/shower can use a consistent temperature. IN the end, I'm so glad that I ordered this tower. It's beautiful in my bathroom and makes my space feel like a luxury. I did remove one star because of the fact that I couldn't retro-fit my traditional shower, but if you're using this on a new build, it's amazing.

This panel shower is amazing, it’s like having a spa right in my bathroom! While I do wish the jets had a pulse option, it’s incredibly relaxing, regardless. Highly recommend!
