I bought this because it had the bottom last water feature had a small waterfall for finishing feet. Well they’re installed but that feature is a fake . No water comes out of the bottom spout.Very disappointed. The top piece with the rain shower is huge. Really big. Trying ang hoping I’ll get used to itIts so big a bit obnoxious. Ahhhhh. It’s installed now,no turning back

What an incredible system but you need to position this properly for the height of the people in your family. You will get blasted in the face with the jets as they are not moveable. So it may not be perfect for everyone. If you are tall, you need to position the height much higher on the wall. This of course makes great video of your shorter family members getting sprayed in the face. Make sure your home has water pressure and mine certainly does. This is the most luxurious shower I have taken! This is just a gorgeous system! Has so many controls from a strong mist spray to massage jets, rainfall to waterfall and then a tub/bucket fuller. It even has a handle sprayer. They thought of everything. I was so pleased with this, I ordered more from the BathFinesse store on Amazon. This makes a statement. What I like about these is that you don't have to worry about changing the value. The pex lines my contractor used come out of the wall and connect to the black plate of this system. The front panel goes on and you're ready to go. I had to rate this four stars due to the fact that it's a fixed jet system that may be inconvenient and usable for those not at the correct height

I had an amazing experience at a high-end Airbnb, and the shower had one of these, so I was happy to see one of these here.getting it installed was a cinch, I used a local handyman but I could have installed it myself which is not usually the case.

I can’t get enough of looking at my shower now. It’s so different, sleek and sexy. I thought this thing was gonna be a pain in the ass to put in. It wasn’t. One trip to the hardware store and nothing was installed and working. Now time for Tile! Definitely worth the buy.

The space in the back of the unit and the placement of the second bracket that should hold the unit. Impossible to place flat on the wall! I would not recommend. The box does not include proper instructions for hanging and no chart for measuring for brackets making it more difficult to really assess if the unit will work for you. If you’re a tall person the unit will not work well with placement of all the jets etc.

Will update one use is known. Seems good and is easy to install but you will need longer braided lines. Guaranteed.Update: Finally able to use this unit. Shower wise, it is a hit. Great pressure as long as you don't tax your own system.Only disappointments were minor. It needs batteries rather than light up from water movement and the only color is blue. Like I said, minor.
