Zigbee 3.0 Universal USB Gateway
The Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus-E Gateway comes in a stylish metal housing and can be easily integrated into existing ZHA (ZigBee Home Assistant) home automation systems via the pre-installed Z-Stack 3.x.0 coordinator firmware. As a coordinator, devices can be quickly found and automatically configured.
After that, new ZigBee devices in pairing mode can be searched and integrated.

Bei mir kommt der Stick an einem Dell ThinClient zum Einsatz um ihn in HomeAssistant zu nutzen. Der Stick wurde sofort erkannt und konnte in Homeassistant eingerichtet werden. Die Reichweite scheint für meine 45qm Wohnung bisher auch ausreichend zu sein.Tipp: Am besten nicht direkt an den Client hängen sondern mit einer USB Verländerung etwas weiter nach oben verlagern. Ich habe ihn dann mit Klett-Klebeband an der Wand festgemacht.

Worked great, using it with Homeseer version 4 and added a 3rd Reality sensor to test it. Took a bit too get going but only because I was making it harder than I should have. The drivers were preloaded by HS4 and I was trying to install them again before checking. 🫢. Once I realized this was not needed I loaded the HS4 zwave plugin and it worked as it should.

these work well and if you re-flash them to be router mesh points they also work very well with good range.no complaints other than you cannot turn off the internal leds even tho under home assistant the firmware exports a setting that you can turn off the lights.

I got this as an upgrade to try out something a little more direct than ZHA that I'd been using until now. The repairing process was a pain, but something I was going to have to do with any upgrade process. This device presents as a simple serial device under linux or windows, which Z2M has no issue connecting to and using. Super simple to setup and run with.

Fairly simple setup with this dongle. Plugged into HA computer and the dongle immediately appeared under devices for HA to configure. Zigbee2Mqtt runs smooth with this dongle and I get no drops in the network. So far I have 15 devices connected to it.

Ero un po' spaventato dalle configurazioni necessarie ma l'ho inserito in un Raspberry 3 su cui gira Home Assistant (hassio) che lo ha rilevato immediatamente.Ora connette una costellazione di PIR della sonoff e non ha mai dato problemi alla connessione.Tempo di configurazione praticamente tre minuti.Credo comprerò altri dispositivi ZigBee perchè l'ho trovato molto semplice.
