I plugged this into my Linux Mint Xia laptop and it worked great. No intervention required. Did NOT have to load drivers. It detected it and I was off and running!

I've been using this item for a couple of months now and I can definitely say I'd recommend it for anyone who needs something to help give their internet a boost of stability. Originally I bought this product when the ethernet port on my pc gave out while I was on vacation, and was looking for a temp fix, I saw that this item and saw it was compatible with Nintendo Switches and decided I'd use it on my pc until I got it fixed and then swap it over to my switch. After working with it a few months I've decided I'm probably gonna keep it on my pc, haven't had an issue with my connection in any way shape or form, it was easy to use, and worked well even with my out of date components. Small and simple design that you probably won't even notice is there. Overall really great product.

I received this Ethernet adapter on 12/04, and I couldn't be more satisfied!I'm using it with my Lenovo Legion 7i 2024 laptop, and it works flawlessly. Ugreen never ceases to deliver whether it's their HDMI cables, hubs, or other tech accessories, their products are always high grade with top-notch performance and reliability ("for me").This 1000 Mbps (Gigabit) adapter is no exception. My tested connection was measuring 1.1 Gbps via Xfinity aka Comcast. Setup was a breeze and worked straight out of the box. Immediately detected with no issues.

product came fast. I'm glad I didn't have to install any shady drivers as usual wihh products of this cheap. improvement over my wifi signal right next to the router. This product had no problems letting me register to my network which other product like this have had problems with. seems to be of great quality. usb c connector is solid doesn't seem like it bend or break. although the product is a little touchy I noticed it flickering in my windows device directory seems to not be problem. removed one star due to this if every device I had did that I'd probably see a huge software issue..... glad i didn't buy one with a USB hub built in.. would recommend this product.
