very comfortable and just a nice set, but so light i could barely feel the difference, and i am not in shape by any means. i am working on it but i feel to make a difference id need them to be a couple pounds heavier

I have seen the adjustable weights on social media and wanted to try - at this price point, it's very reasonable to be able to take this exercise "trend" for a spin. I would like to say that these shouldn't be a trend as ankle weight benefits are for toning and strengthening (you don't need a lot of weight to make an impact so long as you have consistency, so I've been told). I feel like these add a little extra something for general walks in the neighborhood while I'm trying to get my steps in every day .

I find these comfortable to wear while I'm working out. They are nice for a little bit extra added weight on the wrists.

I love these wrist/ankle weights, I use them to do pilates. They are comfortable and stay on very well, and I love that you can store them or put them in a gym bag easily without taking too much room.

Easy to use ankle/wrist weights. The closure is velcro, and the band itself is pretty stretchy. The "bars" of the weights are smooth with some sort of soft-touch finish, and they can be moved around the band to adjust as needed. The band itself isn't that long, though, so there's not really any way to adjust the bars that's helpful, unless you're removing them altogether. Not sure why you'd do that, but it's an option.

Had to go to a physical therapist, and got some really good exercises to use with these. Needed some for home. These work well. Just wish they could go up to 2 lbs. But- they are cute, fit well, and work for what I need for now.

I saw these and decided to give them a chance, and glad I did....15 years ago when I bought a set of similar ones, they were 8oz iron bars you could remove. I still have them, but now they are all rusted. These weights have certainly evolved since then! (1) They are coated, so I assume they are waterproof. This means that they will be able to wash well, to include mud or so if outdoors, or just a plain sweat wash-off (2) They are on an elastic band and you can move them around and distribute the weight how you want, to include adding or removing more weight. (My old ones had designated slots). It's hard to write a review about weights, I know, but I am pleased with these new ones, and I can finally chunk the old ones. So there's that. 5/5 stars, and totally recommend.
