I wanted a little weight to add to some of my workouts.These weigh in at a little over a pound. They are durable, but if you are not careful a triangle can come sliding off the end. They are easy enough to put back on however.The strap is a bit short in my opinion. And because the weights themselves are hard material, they can rub on bare ankles. I wear mine over my socks for comfort. The design is interesting as you can move the weights and distribute the weights are you see fit.These are decent beginner weights.

These weights are comfortable to wear for short periods, but for longer periods or if I am wearing them while being very active then I prefer the style of weights that have more of a cloth/gel feel to them. These are easy to adjust with a long strap of strap of Velcro. I like that you can move the weights around to suit your comfort, but I don't like that they can slide off if you aren't careful.

They have a really nice smooth feel on the weighted parts, super strong hook and loops (velcro). I use them to add a bit for rowing and instead of wearing them on my wrists, i slide them on the handles and they stayed put for an entire 14.5km of rowing today. Perfect bit of extra mass.

These are enough weight to add to my workout but not too much to bog me down. The straps are elastic and the weights move along the elastic band so I able to move them for my maximum comfort level - depending on the workout. Very easy to use and though the weight is light it is enough resistance for an intentional workout. My workouts are only done indoors so no outside elements will touch these. These fit nicely and I can wear them on my wrist on upper arm if I do not want to wrap it around my jewelry. Then too, I like the design, the weighted pieces move as I desire and the velcro is strong.

I like the design of these weights and the variety of colors them come in. They are comfortable, easily ajustable and good quality.
