Band/Velcro is very scratchy. It rubbed my wrists enough to leave raw scratchy patches on my wrists. I have small wrists, and wore it a bit loose, so this probably contributed to the rubbing. Velcro is super strong which makes it secure, but very ard to adjust. May work for some, but not great for me.

The product was delivered when promised. The seller sent me an email thanking me for the purchase with information on how they would provide any assistance needed. The weights we nicely packaged and came with 2 levels of storage cases. The design looks great and weights can be easily slid off if you don’t want the full amount of them for your purposes.

These weights were exactly what I wanted. Adjustable so I can wear on the wrists and ankles with very strong Velcro. I love the color as well.The only issue the Velcro can be a bit scratchy against your skin is solved by wearing higher socks. I haven’t found it to be a problem.
