I ordered these wrist weights based on my doctor's recommendation. They are good for stabilizing my hand due to a tremor that I have. They are comfortable to wear and attach securely with heavy duty velcro.I particularly like that the weights are adjustable. Each weight is 2 ounces. There are 8 individual weights for each hand. So each of the two weights weighs one pound.The are very effective.

I like being able to have the weight on my wrist without having to hold them. I had to remove one of the weights to fit my wrist and ankles comfortably. They are easy to adjust and use and easily adds weight training without a lot of effort. I recommend these.

Perfect weights for adding some extra work to your exercises. I put them on my wrists to when I go for walks or runs. They stay on well and are easy to put on and take off.

These are high quality weights and the whole design is nice and very sleek, my only complaint is the velcro that is used is not the highest quality one could use and on a few occasions have had these come undone. Other than that these are great and do recommend them!

These weights fit around my wrists comfortably, but not around my ankles. The way the velcro is applied, if you have the weights at anything less than the tightest option, the stiff/scratchy part of the velcro is against your exposed skin. That made for a very uncomfortable workout, and I ultimately ended up just removing the weights. I think they are effective as wrist weights, but I would not recommend for ankles until there is a design change.
