I got the ankle straps because I wanted something to add more weight/resistance when doing glute kickbacks. After using it for a few weeks it does the job buuuut it doesn’t feel so stable. It could be that I’m not tightening it enough, but it’s hard to tell.pros: I get the extra weight for glute exercises.cons: I don’t feel very secure and am constantly adjusting it during sets.overall: it’s fine for the price and does what it needs to do. I’m using it for smaller weight like 5, 10, and 15lbs and it’s holding up fine; I just am constantly adjusting it to ensure it’s tight and secure.

Patellar tendonitis… these old knees need a lot of attention. These are good for quad and hamstring curls without a gym. Just add lightweight barbells and keep yourself running for a few more years.

Thie build quality is great! It’s a good weight also. You can add additional weight if needed! I bought it to rebuild the strength in my fiancé’s ankle after he shattered it last year! He says that it comfortable and fits well. The functionality is great he uses it daily.

Mine came with a too-short strap that was nothing like the listing photo or the photos of other reviewers. Not that "seatbelt" type material, but more of a rough strapping. Too short to get around the foot. Returned.

After seeing an ad for a product that would allow me to do leg extensions and curls with dumbbells, I went on the hunt for something comparable at a lower price point. To be fair, the product I originally saw is horribly overpriced. For a short time, I did my own home custom version with a simple rope, but it was uncomfortable. Then I found the ELEAMY Ankle Straps. The price is a fraction of what the original product I saw advertised. They're easy to use, adjustable to fit most foot and ankle sizes, and much more comfortable than my home solution. You get the same functionality as the big-brand product for a sliver of the price.

I got these because I have no leg apparatus in my home weight room. Using these with dumbbells I can do leg curls & extensions, and I attach them to the low cable to work glutes, adductors and abductors.When they arrived I wasn't exactly sure how to use them with db's (they came with a 3"×3" instructions page which was essentially useless) so I went back to the product page on Amazon and watched the video again.Good product, well worth the price.
