Pretty comfortable, the velcro can be a little itchy. The 2 lb weights are great for toning your arms while doing housework, etc. Easy to wear, I have to adjust them with each use however. Decent value but have nothing to compare them to. Could easily be used as ankle weights.

These are very well made for the money you pay. The Velcro is super strong but stretchy at the same time. They are very slim. You can do walks, workouts and household tasks without them slipping or getting in the way. They also fit around the ankles

Great weight set, is comfortable and the velcro is wide and strong. Super easy to put on and store. People outside know right away what they are, so it is obvious that I am exercising... lol. The odd shape of the weights makes them unexpectedly comfortable and you forget they are there until your arms remind you you are tired, I like them very much!

I really enjoy these weights for their function and aesthetics. They feel comfortable to wear on either my wrists or ankles for an additional challenge to my barre and ballet-based workouts. I love the sage green color and the shape of the weights. I don't usually adjust the weights down to 1 pound because I think it would be annoying to add the weights back on after they were removed, but I have done so at least once. The 2 pound weight seems great, and if it were not, I could remove some of the pieces until it was just right for my needs.
