These are great little weights I can wear around the house and forget I even have them on. I'm 5'8" and 150 lbs and they fit my ankles or wrists great. Very comfortable and easy to use.

I think the shape and color is really cute, and they're super comfy! I was expecting these to maybe not be tight enough because I have such small wrists but they're super stretchy and adjustable

These are easy to wear, they have great functionality & are the perfect weight. They are easy to adjust & velcro. I love the sleek design & how much better they work than my old pair. I think the price is great for the set.
