Works well and holds on comfortably but also Idk, it’s fabric and it sits on your wrists so if u sweat a lot it could get gross and not sure how you would wash, I suppose you could spray w alcohol each time and make sure to fully dry. Just depends how sweaty u are and how you store it after use

I like that they are reflective and are truly tge 5lb weight each I ordered. You do have to have long socks, or ankle sleeves underneath for slippage padding for long wear, but I like them. The velcro closure is great and I've put them through a few workouts. Seem durable and good price. Color is great. Update: So, I've used these weights approximate 3 hours a day 4 times a week and all the sand inside of them for weight is pouring out of one of them. I noticed a hint of thread and material coming off and a small hole... and wouldn't you know it next work out sand come tumbling down. So if you are going to use them regularly and need the last longer than 30 days, you might want to try something more durable.

Can definitely feel the extra resistance. Can also be velcroed together to make a weight belt to wear around the waist.

The Velcro grips the band secure, they add the extra of weight for me when I am in between weight sizes to get me to the heavier weight. Fast delivery. Very satisfied with this product.
