I use this product to steady my hands while eating and using the computer. I currently use the 1lb set and I'm about to order both the 2lb and 3lb set.My fingers, hands and arms don't always go where I sent them 🤣 so the added weight helps reduce that.

I use these in addition for hiking with a weight vest so I can get an upper body workout. I take my dog with me and these stay in place with the thumb slots and keep my hands free to carry/use a leash when needed. Adjustable and comfortable. Easy to put on if you thread the strap through the metal ring first.

I actually meant to order these in the 2-pound weight since I have another pair that weighs 3 pounds each. But they are nice. I find them easier to put on if you thread the strap through the buckle and then slide your hand in with your thumb in the thumb hole. Pull the strap to tighten the cuff around your wrist and secure the tab against the Velcro. I will say that the Velcro doesn't seem as strong as the Velcro on my silicone ankle / wrist weights. I'm not sure if I could run with these without them sliding a bit or coming loose but I think these will be great for adding some weight to simple arm exercises I can do from home.I recommend this pair of wrist weigths.

I ordered the two-pound wrist weights. The first thing I will say is they feel a lot heavier on than I anticipated! The weights are like two sandbags that wrap around your wrists. It is pretty easy to figure out which one is the right and left by the velcro strip and fit. Once you insert your thumb, just pull the strap through the metal loop to tighten to your liking and then fasten with the velcro. I have used wrist weights before without thumb loops and they rolled around and made it easy to pull an arm muscle, and felt irritating as well. The thumb loops do help keep these in place so there is not much movement on the wrist. I bought them mainly to wear during walks on the treadmill as I am building my strength up again after some time needing rest. I think I wore them for about ten full minutes until I felt fatigued enough to remove them. I was not just wearing them and having my arms naturally, though. I was swinging them intentionally to work my biceps and triceps as well as gentle forward punches. They were a perfect addition for a quick toning workout. Next time I am going to wear them and just swing my arms normally and see how long until I tire out. They should also help keep my shoulders down for better posture while walking. I am glad I did not get the three-pound set, although the one-pound set might have been enough for extra arm toning. Just be aware of what might suit you best weight-wise for what you intend to wear them for. Easy to pack up and travel with as well.

I went with the 2lb weights, and these are as expected, given the info provided on Amazon. I like hand weights that you dont' have to carry, or worry about slipping down your wrists, so these are nice for that reason as they are more like a glove. the material that loops around your finger is a little bulky as is the overall glove. but it does the job. I obviously haven't had the chance to wear these in really hot weather, but these seem soft and breathable and as though they wouldn't chafe. I'd be nice if there were more color options, but that is just me being picky. A decent buy for an average price.
