I purchased these in september of 2024 and have been using them ever since! my dance coach requires us to wear them as we dance and one thing to note is they might fly off if doing insane hand movement but other than that their great! the velcro works good and they work well!

I bought these wrist weights to add to my barre classes. I have noticed a big difference when using them with the definition n in my arms. They are made well and do not fall off while I am exercising. The Velcro is strong. I have had them since October and the Velcro is still in good shape.

Great weights! I have super skinny wrists and the weights fit and are adjustable . The Velcro strength is great for Barre classes and comfortable .

These weights are super comfortable and adjustable and make it easy to get in a little weightlifting throughout the entire day! And they're actually cute and don't look like sandbags around your wrist and ankles!

My 8 year old daughter is now taking a strength and conditioning class at her dance studio and they requested that we purchased some ankle weights. After searching through the manny different ankle weights I decided to purchase this one. They are cute and not bulky allowing for her to move around freely. She loves that they are pink and easy for her to put on by herself. No excessive strap so she can take on and off quick. I highly recommend for any dancer!
