My doctor and my physical therapist have both ordered walking and exercising with hand weights to regain strength after having surgery. These weights are great - easy on and off, adjustable, versatile, and comfortable. And I like the soft rosy pink - oly one of many colors - too.

I ordered these to wear while walking on my treadmill and for various aspects of my strength training workouts to add smaller increments of weight for upper body movement along with dumbbells. This may be a personal preference, but I did not like how the small rubber pieces (the weights) can move and shift along the strap. I had some issues with the product pinching or pulling in places, making them comfortable. They did stay in place well, but I did not keep them on very long before deciding to return them due to what I stated above.

Ease to use out then on when doing house work and it’s like working out but not at the same time. Can adjust weights with Velcro hold as well.

I misplaced my older wrist weights. I wanted to incorporate them back in my fitness routine. Especially on the days you cant make it to the gym or may not have any dumbbells' for at home workouts. Read the description by the seller are fair & accurate. The variety of colors is great perk as well as other weight options.
