Great Bala bangles. They come in a little bag for easy storage and transport to your workout classes. If you are looking to get bala bangles but do not want to spend the $8 their website charges for shipping this is a great Amazon storefront to get them from.

These are great because they are not bulky and are not painful on the ankles. You can walk for miles in these without the pain or unevenness that you get with other ankle weights. The weights are adjustable so you can move them away from your ankle. Love these and will be using these for all my walks.

I did NOT want to spend this kind of cash on weighted bands, but I really haven’t found another alternative that I like half as well. They are well-built and have lasted through months of intense workouts without slipping or coming off. Unless there’s a brand that has come up with something nearly identical (and not the off-brand version with diagonal-designed weights) I’d definitely recommend these!

The velcro on these stopped working after less than a year of use. They are comfortable and great otherwise, but didn't last.

Loved the ease of use. They are not bulky and the little mesh bag the cone in is cool. Strap them onto my ankles takes away the need to carry them in my gym bag. Looking to buy one more pair for my wrists.

I loved this equipment. It was comfortable to wear, beautiful and perfect weight for my wrists. This item had every thing I needed in exercise equipment. However, I gave an overall rating oh 3 stars because the smell of this equipment irritated my throat. Sadly, I had to return it. If they can get rid of the smell, I will purchase it again.

I bought these after seeing them used in various exercise videos. They’re comfortable on and look better than many other ankle/wrist weights but I’m not convinced they’re worth the higher price tag. If I were getting new weights I’d probably look for something cheaper and just as functional but maybe a bit less stylish… after all, I workout at home where no one sees me!
