While the product does what it actually says with comfortability, ease of use and etc, once you surpass 30lbs the straps seem to always give out and become undone while working out. So while it’s built for ~20lbs, nothing more than that.

I had one that was secure and one that the weight would slip out and pull the strap down. Here’s my tip: the strap needs to be fed through the buckle starting under the buckle, then the end of the strap is coming out of the buckle at a downward angle. This follows the teeth of the buckle and gives the bite it needs for the strap to stay in place. Enjoy those heavy weight donkey kicks! 🍑🔥

Funktioniert sehr gut um Gewicht am fuß zu befässtigen. Allerdings sollte man das bei hohem Gewicht (25KG +) nicht benutzen da es dann ziemlich schnell kaputt geht.

If you have small ankles, I can see these working. For larger ankles the straps sit too far back, cause the weight to not fit tight to your shoe. For me I could not get the weight to stay tight to the shoe. I will probably go back to normal ankle weights or use bands.

The product is more comfortable than I anticipated. Everything seems to be very well made with quality materials and stitching. It holds the weights in place securely and makes for a great exercise.

I was so hoping these would be great for holding my weights to do leg exercises. However, I am left disappointed - incredibly disappointed!!! First, they are so awkward to even put on. I feel like I need someone to put them on me to tighten them up because they are near impossible to do alone. Second, once I do get them on and a weight in the straps - again which is an incredibly awkward situation - the straps don't hold my weights tight enough and they move around when I'm trying to do my leg exercises. Now I am going to have to spend more money to purchase ones that will actually work. I was so hoping these would work well and save me some money, but it's just one of those situations that you get what yo pay for.

I was worried when I typed ankle weights in Amazon and all the results were little 3 or 5 pound weights. You see, I need to put some real weight on my ankles.Then I found these. And these things work!Want to strap 100 pounds to your ankles? No problem! Make sure to wrap the ankle strap tight around your ankle to distribute the pressure evenly, maybe wear some thick socks if you're going super heavy, and grab a couple 50 pound dumbbells. Just make sure the weights are *under* (not behind) your feet. You'll be surprised at how comfy and solid they feel!And pretty quick setup too! Probably 10 seconds to put on your ankle and 10 seconds to add a weight, and half that to take them off.Sturdy, comfy, can carry heavy weight without injuring you, and they're convenient. Highly recommended.
