This plate is strong! Multiple levels and positions. Sticks to the ground well with suction cups. Easy to set up, took me one minute! Helps with getting my energy level up and reliefs the pain in my back. Works great!

I’m so glad I bought this it is awesome. I hesitated on buying it but I have issues with my neck and lower back. I read the reviews and what stood out to me was pain relief. I’m scheduled for surgery soon . It really does help with pain. I no longer wake up all night with muscle spasms . It really helps with pain. I have also gained weight since I’m not s as active as I was. I have had no issues at all. It’s really well built, workout quality, improving circulation, pain management are great. I’m 69 years old it’s easy to use and really easy to use. No safety issues it is very well built, large size and ,it has Bluetooth capability as well.

Love this plate!!! I’m on a life style change and this is helping me so much!!! I feel so much better when I do a 20 minute workout on it. I’ll move to another exercise then go right back to the plate! I’m only in to my 3rd week of working out but I’ve seen results and so have my friends!! I’m losing inches 1st that’s never happened. Losing weight as well!! The Bluetooth is amazing!! Love my music playing through it!! This vibration plate is good Quality and amazing with the pain relief! I debated on this for weeks but I’m so happy I did! It’s easy to use and I’m moving so much more! You literally can put it anywhere and do so many exercises with it! It is so worth the price and more!!

I like it. My legs felt like I had calcium deposits in them. Which I've had before. After 2 uses they feel great.People have mentioned it makes there legs itch. That's normal. The blood is circulating, which makes you itch. So that's a good thing.I have bone on bone in my knees. Wish I could afford to have replaced but this machine has helped me. Weird I know, but I'll take it as long as I can. I stand all day at my job and I can stand longer at work n less foot pain.It's worth a try, but give it at least a week before you say, nope not for me. I'm truly very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased this recently to help with an overall body workout. I travel a lot for work and I’m in a car so don’t always have lots of time and wanted more bang for the buck. I also have some stiffness joints because of the sitting I needed something to fix my body. This definitely does the trick. I am taking the advice of others and easing into everything and increasing my time but so far so good. The Bluetooth on it is a bonus because I can play the music right from my device. May purchase one for my daughter for Christmas.

I really hate exercise and am pretty lazy. With this machine is very easy. Just on it for 10mins 3 times a day watching tv. Don’t have to do anything except stand there and your blood circulate. Helps with my back, knees and hip a lot. After I step off I feel like I’m walking on clouds. It’s worth the price.
