This has become a part of my exercise routine. It's sturdy and has a remote that allows you to increase or decrease speeds and remote control. There are various speed cycles as well as time modes. It relieves leg tiredness and pain also great for my lymphatic system.

I’m so glad I made this purchase, this has been used by everyone in my family. This is actually heavy duty machine but lightweight and easy to move around. I work from home so it is great way for me to stay circulated, not just that it’s so easy!!

I love this vibration plate and I highly recommend it! It has been a lifesaver for me as I am requiring much-needed, help with lymphatic drainage, and circulation support as well as exercise support. Vibrating plate works very well. Helps after exercising for sore muscles. Is very sturdy. Works for all sizes. I bought it for help with lymphatic drainage but haven't had it long enough to see a difference.

Let me say I'm a large man. This vibration plate holds more weight than most others on the market. It's easy to set up and it is very quiet. The remote control and large digital readout on the machine are easy to see. The levels of vibration are slow to very invigorating.I use mine daily for at least 20 minutes. Sometimes, I put it in front of the sofa and put just feet on it while sitting, it's works your legs and thighs out sitting down. I highly recommend this to anyone. It has helped a great deal with my leg stiffness.

I've been using this vibration plate exercise machine for about two weeks now, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed! At first, I wasn’t sure how much of a workout I’d actually get, but it really does engage your whole body. The vibration is strong and I can feel it targeting different muscles.The automatic modes are super conveniente. Great for lymphatic drainage and feels like a mini massage after a long day.Feel pretty stable/sturdy but I also appreciate how compact it is. It doesn’t take up much space, which is a big win for my small apartment. Overall, it’s been a fun and easy way to SHAKE UP my fitness routine...hehe
