Easy, peasy! step on it, choose your setting and you're off to the races. Best on hard floor instead of carpet! Sturdy, easy, works. Would reccomend!

I’m very happy with this vibration plate. It’s well and ergonomically designed and feels sturdy, with a sleek look that fits nicely in my home workout space. It’s very easy it is to use — just step on, pick a setting, and go. The vibrations are strong but smooth, great for a full-body workout or just relaxing after a long day and after a month of use, I do feel that it’s helping with my circulation issues. The price makes it a good value, in my opinion, and I would recommend it if you’re looking for an affordable, quality exercise vibration plate.

This is my second Vibration Plate. IF you read a lot about them, they are a great way to get rid of lymphatic drainage. I work from home and I love to hop on this on my breaks just to get in a quick workout with some squats or use he resistance bands.

I primarily use this under my desk while I work from home. It gives me a little bit of movement when I'm stranded at my desk. I thought this would be great for my standing desk, but the full body vibration is worse then - more limited when you're sitting.I have tried this during light workouts too, and it's nice. I can't say whether or not I have lost any weight using this because I'm also watching my food intake and exercising, but it certainly isn't hurting.
