Easy to use, set up and operate. Easy to move from room to room. Great morning wake up before getting ready for work. Great value for the money. So many speeds to aid in low and high levels of intensity. High quality vibration plate. I would definitely recommend.

This is one Amazing product! My workouts have now got a lot better! There is so many great benefits to using this!This vibration plate is amazing! I was a bit skeptical at first, but it has truly exceeded my expectations. The double motors make a huge difference, I can really feel the deep vibrations working on my muscles and helping with lymphatic drainage. After just a few weeks of use, I’ve noticed improved circulation and less muscle tension. It’s also super sturdy, and the 450 lbs capacity gives me confidence while using it. And what’s great it comes with these exercise bands!

This vibration plate is very convenient home fitness tool, it’s really sturdy and easy to use, it provides a whole body workout, you can adjust the vibration speed or the present modes which makes it easier, I like that way to control my weight, highly recommended

This is super easy to use right out of the box, no setup other than plugging it in, putting batteries in the remote, and flicking the on switch! The unit itself feels really solid, but is light so it's easy to move. My favorite detail is the suction feet so you don't worry about sliding and it is SUPER quiet in use. The plate has a variety of preset options but you can also manually adjust settings to your preferred intensity/timing via remote or on the unit itself. I love the remote, it allows you to adjust on the go, stop quickly if you need to ( if you're a parent you know a child is bound to need help at some point mid workout, lol.) I spend a lot of my day on my feet and this feels great on my feet, legs, and back at the end of the day. I read about the lymphatic drainage benefits and I think that is part of the pain relief I get in my legs and knees after using this. I am excited to continue to build this into my weekly routines as an active recovery. Also, I love using it for abs when I'm working on stability, just make sure you start low until you get used to it. Would definitely recommend as a great addition to a workout space, especially b/c of its small size.
