The first thing we noticed is the noise. It's a little loud. It has a lot of buttons and features with many choices. We're still trying to figure them all out. Basically we use one of the already programmed settings to exercise. The remote works good and allows you to control everything you see on the display, which is located top front. Perfect place while you're standing on it. We also like the fact that it comes with a computer grade power cord. It has great suction cups that keep it snug to the floor, no movement while using. I love the tingling feeling you have when you have completed the session.

This is my second Vibration plate and so far my favorite. It has a sleek, modern design with a solid build. It’s compact enough to fit in most spaces, yet sturdy and well-constructed. The surface is textured for better grip during exercises, which makes me feel secure even during more intense routines. The LCD screen is easy to read, and the controls are user-friendly, making it simple to adjust settings like vibration speed and timer. Vibration plate seems to be good quality and comes with a remote. It’s pretty simple to use, but instructions could be better. It’s not big and bulky, and has many functions. Resistance bands are not adjustable. Overall it seems like a good product, and will update review once I have used it longer.

First off--the product itself is great, and I have no problems with it. It seems well built, and was ready to go right away out of the package. It has a remote, that only has an effective range if you're standing on it, and pointing it straight down....which could be a good thing so somebody else doesn't change it while you're using and cause a safety issue. The stretch cords are good quality, but only one size, so they may be too long for teenagers, and too short for really tall people. But they are good quality, and I figure if you want to change them, you have all sorts of options for length and intensity of resistance bands on the market for the cheap.There are speed settings and also intensity settings on this machine which has an "EMS" and electrical type icon. The directions are severely lacking and I only discovered these capabilities by trial and error. So... hey, they could do way better on the next print up of instructions. They are, however, very proficient about warning you when NOT to use it, to the extreme. Like not to use for exercise, or weight loss, or medical uses, etc, etc, etc.Which got me to start researching this market segment. This part has nothing to do with the machine itself. I've established it as a solid 5, no problem. So from here, I'll move onto what I found about this segment---these are not some magic weight loss thing. You do not lose cellulite instantly. There are actual potential liabilities with these machine, depending upon your health. Kidneys, for instance, do not like to be shaken. Nor does the vestibular system, lest it shake crystals loose in your middle ear essential for balance. Just..... know your limits. Now, personally, I have a vestibular disorder. Menier's disease, neurontitis, and general vertigo. The protocol for me is to push my boundaries with balance, and using this machine IMO is helpful for helping me. Within reason. It's also good for core strength building---you can just feel it and so can my wife, if you have a weak core, you'll feel it working overtime. Personally, I like it on the lowest speed. High speed just feels like somebody strapped an unbalanced blender to my brain. Use these with common sense. Research. Max is 3x per week, 10-15min a day. All the research I did in fact supported lymphatic drainage support, so I'll close on that happy note. It's just that all the money grabbing stupid spandex wearing influencers claiming instant results..... are dumb.TLDR: THIS machine....... is great.
