I only just bought this a couple days ago but has helped my legs alot in the time I have used it about 2 times a day for like 5 minutes. It's really easy to use the only down fall the cord isn't to long

Solid. Easy to hold & move. User friendly. There was slight damage on the box itself but everything looks good inside. Will try over the week to see results.

I was so excited about receiving this! It did not disappoint. It’s very sturdy and has suction cups on the bottom. Feel just like the vibration in a red light bed. Easy to use. Literally you just plug it in. Very happy with this purchase. As of now I have nothing negative I can say. Exactly what I was expecting. The packaging was very torn up but had foam protection.

This is a nice size and lots of setting for the $$$. Plenty of space for different feet positions. You have to wear tennis shoes of some kind with it.

If you are a bit out of shape or lacking in strength you should approach this with caution. Start with small amounts of time - 5 minutes - then work your way up as you gain strength and endurance. The vibration has really helped relieve some tightness in my legs and I think has improved my circulation. I also believe it is enhancing my core strength, particularly when using it in a squat position. I don’t know about the claims for weight loss and fat burning as I haven’t seen any great changes yet, but perhaps that will become more apparent as time passes. For me, even if the only thing it did was relieve some of my back and leg pain it would be worthwhile.
