I was recommended a vibration plate by my message therapist. I keep it under my desk and run it for about 3-4mins at least 3-4 times a day. It has helped so much with my legs bothering after sitting for a long time.Vibration level changes can be felt and it feels well built. I got it on a lighting sale and now my sister wants one too. Hopefully I catch on sale again.

My movement is limited, and this has helped me regain it. I live in a fifth wheel, and it is very quiet while it is one. It is heavy to move around, but it is worth every penny I spent on it.

I love this product. I know it's for lymphatic drainage. But what difference? What I'm seeing is when I have pain in my leg, knee ankle or back. I'd get on the machine and it really alleviates that pain. The other thing, I noticed it lifted my rear end and just a short amount of time. I put one of those exercise paddings underneath the machine. Cause I live on a second floor and it does not make a lot of noise or over shaking to bother the neighbors. Great product.

My first time using one of these. Bought it because a coworker suggested it. I have lots of back, neck and foot pain. When I first used it, I got a little dizzy and thought I'd wet my pants. Make sure you go to bathroom before you use. It's like getting a full body message. It's improved my sleep. My pain level has decreased. Not totally, but it's went from a 6/7 to about a 4. I use before bed, and I sleep better. Overall I'm impressed.

I went ahead and purchased it because it was on my watch list and it was on sale. The unit is very heavy and sturdy and works well and had several settings for intensity; a manual and an automatic setting.

READ THE DIRECTIONS - the remote is a little confusing but the directions advise to give your body time to adjust to the vibrations. Take breaks to see how you feel (especially in your knees) before going ham. I used it first for 3 minutes on walking speed and that was crazy but I felt good lol my legs were hot from the blood circulation and I felt like I did a short jog. Ease in.

Goodness! You definitely feel it when you use this machine. I've only used the lowest setting and It's an intense vibration. I would advise to start off slowly and work your way up. This machine is very sturdy. It's very easy to use and comes with stretchy bands for toning. It comes with a remote control. This remote is necessary for usage, so the downside is if the remote gets misplaced, the machine is useless. I was able to get this on sale, so it was definitely a good buy!

I was a little skeptical with this but have been using for 2 weeks and love. I can feel a difference and am much more sore and stiff when I don’t use this. It is very sturdy and I love the different settings in speed and time. It is easy to use and assemble and compact for each storing.
