I love this thing! The only issue is that if you don't have a floor that it can suction to and you go off balance, it does tip a little and can be scary if you're not paying attention. Also, I think I'm allergic to vibrating my skin because I always get super itchy while using it, but I read that it is normal for some people to be itchy. Other than that, it functions well and easy to use. Its a great way to do a warm up before an actual workout. There are several speed levels and each one works certain things and I love that there is a variety!

I had the Turbo originally, but opted to return it for the smaller Waver Mini, not for anything wrong with the Turbo, but simply because of the portability and smaller size. I have the plate in my office and space was limited. So the Waver Mini works great in here now.What I didn't expect when stepping onto the Waver Mini was the sensation of an even greater intensity vibration than I'd experienced on the Turbo!! And to be clear, it was apples to apples because I was using the same highest intensity level setting on both. And this perceived sense of a greater vibration I absolutely love. But it's not my imagination, it's definitely there.I tried to figure it out and all I can figure is it must have something to do with physics; the logic being, if you take the same intensity level but you spread it out over a larger plate (the Turbo) it's going to "feel" (though likely not actual, just the feel) of being less intense than the same vibration level experienced on a smaller plate = a more compressed area. Kind of like how you would experience a different sense of speed if driving in a heavy SUV vs. in a little light weight sports car, if that makes sense. The speed the two vehicles are traveling may be identical. But the difference in weight of the cars will cause you to experience the speed at different intensities, more intensely of course in the smaller car. And personally, I love the higher intensity "feel" of the Waver Mini.Bottom line: I love my LifePro Waver Mini and highly recommend it!

I got this because I work from home and worry about my overall circulation. I have been using this consistently for a few weeks. I have issues with my back after a car accident and was hoping for somewhat of an overall boost. I did not expect anything major and was prepared for this to just become something in the corner that collected dust.Here is what I have experience. I started on level 1 for ten minutes. Energy during the day and feeling less restless at night were the first things I noticed. After my first week I bumped it to level 3 for 10 minutes twice a day. This thing is incredible. I have weightloss, most likely from lymphatic drainage. My calves! There is visible differences in my calves. I feel energized, my digestion is better, my muscles are more relaxed, and my overall mobility has improved.I give this product a 10 out of 10!I am so thankful I found this. Try it!

I wish I could tell you how much I loved this thing! Not only do I use it for stress management and lymphatic drainage, but I noticed that when I use it, I have a lot less tension in my back. I have experimented with standing on it In different positions with my feet, in a squat, I’ve sat on it, and I’ve done some planks on it as well. The product is really high-quality. It has many different levels for you to work up to. I am at level 70 of 99 after a couple of months. It does a great job of getting the blood flowing and easing joints. I don’t think that a product like this should really be touted as a weight loss product. If that happens great, but that’s not the main reason why I bought it. To detox, my body and reducing cortisol is the most important. Obviously that could lead to weight loss. But even if it doesn’t, I’m incredibly happy! Excellent price And value for the money. Love the accessories it comes with too. Everything is easy to use. I keep mine near the couch so I’m sure to do it daily.

Easy to set up and use. Direction very straightforward. I have found the waver mini machine useful in stretching my muscles and improving my flexibility. I have lost a couple of pounds since I started using it Which is about 10 days but, it is too early to say whether it’s just by chance or the machine. Would recommend.

I’ve had neck & arm issues for about 8 months. I’ve had 2 neck fusion surgeries so I was really in fear I’d need another one. I bought the Lifepro Waver Mini Vibration Plate for other reasons though. I read how it can build bones, give you energy, help with sleep, on and on. But after only 3 or 4 days the pain in my neck is gone! I’ve been going to therapy for it and today was released from any further appointments! They were super impressed and had to take all my future appointments off their books. I told them about the Lifepro Waver Mini Vibration Plate. They were very surprised and impressed! Three visits to my therapist paid for my LifePro! AND IT’S A LOT MORE FUN!!! I look forward to getting on my vibration plate every day. My husband now uses it for better circulation in his legs. I absolutely love this thing. I use it in the morning and later in the evening!
