The thing I like most is that it doesn't hurt my knees. The quality is excellent and it's smaller than a treadmill. Easy to use and has intense vibration levels.

I purchased this in November 2023, and I just had to share my experience—it’s the best investment I’ve made in a long time. I use the machine for 10 minutes, once or twice a day. Since I started, my balance has improved significantly, and my legs have become toned and strengthened. My Apple Watch used to notify me about shaky balance, but now it tells me my balance is great! I highly recommend this machine!

It was simple to assemble, runs quietly, and has the options I wanted. I’m using it to help with aching hips and lower back and it does make a difference. I wanted a model like is used at my red-light therapy and this was a match. The price was reasonable, too.

The product was easy to set up and simple to use. Sturdy construction and It shuts off in 10 minutes. I find the 10 minutes goes by so quickly that this is a simple form of fitness.Today I was feeling sore all over and after 10 minutes on the machine I was moving easily with no pain. I put my hands on it as well to tone my arms.Most importantly I bought two of these, and the second one I needed to return due to an issue on my end. Their customer service was very helpful and responsive.

I cannot say enough positive things about this vibration plate. I love it! If you are thinking about purchasing a vibration plate, I highly recommend this one! It has multiple settings and is very well-made. I love the handles for stability. It is a great value for the price. Note: if you purchase it, watch a youtube video on how to assemble it - it very easy. I assembled it by myself. Five star product!!!

The machine itself deserves a five star review but there is a major flaw. The manual tells you to check the nuts and bolts after a certain amount of time. They need to be more specific. The bolts underneath the machine are the ones that loosen. We tipped ours over and a bolt fell out of the bottom. A check of the other bolts found three more finger loose. Herein lies the problem, the bolt fell out and the nut remained inside the machine. It is impossible to reinsert the bolt because it no longer has a nut to connect to. The other loose bolts cannot be tightened because the nuts are not held in place and so the bolt just keeps on turning. We had to take the machine apart and replace all six bolts and nuts. We replaced the spacer with six nylon lock nuts of the same width. This ensured that when the bolts were tightened the nuts would not spin. We then reversed the bolt so that it would poke through the bottom of the machine. We then placed another six nylon lock nuts on them and were able to tighten them with no problem. The machine is now working perfectly. I believe that it is now better than when we first set it up. Unfortunately, we were too stressed to take any photos as we were not sure if we could ever put it back together. This whole problem could have been prevented at the factory if they had used lock nuts.

It had the best options for the money, and is well made and easy to put together.Having the handles is one of the main reasons I bought this platform, as my wife has vertigo and this wayshe can hang on to the handles to keep from falling off.

This unit works really well, no noise, quieter than my Blenders! Even sitting in the opposite room, you won't hear it been used by others. Yes, the manual direction for setting the BMI omitted one step and that step is that when you press the MODE: 01, the CAL/BMI Box blinks the 1 (one), press TIME box, then the you can get back to the manual direction which says the Default Age is Preset to 20 (020). When you see this blinking 020 on the CAL/BMI box, you are back in action to set it to your own information.I found lots of positive attributes of this machine. First, you can trust the 10 Preset Mode from P0 - P9 to go through the 180 speeds at it's own randomize settings without worrying that P9 might be the highest. At first I just started using P9 thinking it should be the highest but later on I experimented on the remaining Presets and I found them very well speed randomize. I think it would have been greater if each of the 10 Preset are translated to let the customer know what group of muscles they're working on but I would take 10 over 3 Preset of other $600 machines. For the price of this machine, the features are amazing and they have gone over the price of the product at $340! Even the most expensive one couldn't beat these features.Oh I also notice that this machine actually met away the FAT CELLS because I felt my legs tingling after each 15 minutes vibrate and I remember that feeling when I used to walk to my workplace for 12 minutes on a hill roads. Even my husband said it's my fat cells moving around that's why I felt the tingling afterwards. Hey, I bought this machine to help reshape my body and promote blood flow to my legs and so far I am very happy with my purchase. The seller too is wonderful in solving issue I have with needing extra screws.

After a few months here is the real "review" :Yup, worth it. Still quiet. Everything works. You can get many benefits from this machine. If you want the pounds to melt away.... Don't buy this.It does not replace a workout but it can be. It feels really good all over and you feel as if you're lightweight after very nice just before bed. Many many programs available but they are all timed for 15 min. You can do it manual and add time. The speakers are very basic. We never use it rather use our earbuds loll. Could use a place to put a beverage. Don't try to read while on it loll... If you sing you'll sound like a goat 😂 it's easy in the body, for any age with the handles but if you're really a bigger person you'll find it to be crampy because of the control panel.Be prepared to tighten the screws now and then it's quite normal with all the vibration. Assembly takes 5 maybe 10 minutes. Well packaged. The switch for on/off is very stupidly at the bottom of the machine... But just use your foot to operate that its fine no big deal.For the price and after using it multiple times a day cause my girls do it too, I can say I highly recommend this machine for just relaxing, healing or exercice. Just look on YouTube for explanatory videos, there are many but also all you need in included booklet.

We have had the machine for a week now, and it gets used twice a day. It seems to be very sturdy and has many, many options/speeds etc. The nine presets are quite useful. We were very impressed with it.The BMI calculator is kind of silly. You feed in your data and grip the handle sensors and get exactly the same answer as you do if you just use a calculator and the formula you can find on the internet.A quick tip: When assembling, leave all the bolts loose until you tighten down the two long bolts that attach the top of the arms to the large vertical post. If you tighten everything as you go along, it is extremely difficult to get the arms to fit into the vertical post.Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and look forward to using this for a long time.
