Not sure about weight loss or exercise value, but that’s not why I bought it. I use it in the am to help with leg circulation and to facilitate all over lymphatic system. I noticed ache legs are much less and I try to use it again at night.

Just started using, my muscles are sore,so somethings working. Built very sturdy, does not do the upper body unless you put your hands on your hips. I like it overall !

I can't speak to the results of the machine, because I imagine that will take quite some time to note. I will say however, that the machine definitely works as far as vibrating. I've never had one so I can't compare it to others, but it is an experience.Things to expect:- Itchiness- Jelly legs after getting off- Dizziness/Feeling like you're taller than you were beforeThe machine itself was super easy to put together. It took just a few minutes and then it was up and running. It has pre-programmed buttons, so you can get going on it quickly. It also has a few second countdown timer so you can set it and get on the machine before it starts. It isn't long though, so be careful if you move a bit slowly.It comes with a handle which is great if you need that stability. Some websites have you do stretches on these, and the handle will be in the way for those. If you need to remove it though, it's only two bolts that have nice handles to easily remove. We've had a various about of sizes and shapes using this, one towards the higher end of the weight limit, and it's held up beautifully so far. Would definitely recommend.

Vibrating plate comes mostly preassembled all you have to do is attach the handle bar if you want. The base seems to be pretty solid and has no problem handling my weight which is a little under 200lbs. There's about 50 different levels of intensity and several routines you can use. Looks like you can set a custom one but I haven't played around with that.The handle bar on this doesn't seem as sturdy it kind of wobbles but it's there to provide some support if you need it. Removing and putting it back on just takes screwing in two knobs they give you.

A nurse friend of ours recommended a vibration plate so we thought we'd give this one a try. It's great! Very solidly built. Super easy to setup, just add the arm rests with 2 large screw knobs to hold it in place, and a 3rd adjustable screw knob to adjust the height. Very easy to adjust. The adjustable speeds are good too. Using the remote you can instantly go to 20, 30, or 40 with one button. Then you can fine tune it anywhere from 1-50. If you have flexible toes, you can hit the buttons on the bottom, but I prefer to use the remote to adjust my settings. It defaults to a 10 minute timer when you start it, which seems just about right to us.We both have several health issues and this is a safe and easy way to help with rehab, circulation, relaxation, etc. Definitely recommend!
