I bought this for my wife as a new year birthday. She has been struggling with losing weight for quite some time. It is so tired to do cardio excercises, but with this, you can just stand on it and enjoy all the vibration to the whole body. She thinks it works out quite well.

I really like the color, very easy to install, easy to use, I have been using the vibration plate for a few weeks, sometimes I use it while sitting on a chair, sometimes I stand on it and use it with squats, installing the arm exercise band and using it at the same time, so that all the muscles of the body can be exercised, strong and durable plate, very good product!

I’m 68 yr old trying to stay in shape but this winter was way too cold. I started with a walking pad. I bought a crunch machine . Then I decided to try this very cool Vibrating plate exercise machine to add to my daily workout. With full body workout 99 speed levels and best of all body workout with Lymphatic drainage, is really helping with my stomach issues. I lost 10lbs already and loving it. Oh and stretching bands included. I’m 100% satisfied with product.Great for oldies like me too. Have fun

The description says this goes up to 400 lb but when I got the product the brochure said 300 lb that's a huge difference and a big mistake. I would love to give this product to higher rating but I absolutely hate it when an advertisement gives false information.Edit: the company offered me a full refund which I appreciate but didn't take. I love the product I would appreciate they fixed the advertisement part so that no one else is confused.

Great to massage calfs, laps, shoulder. Vast use and functionality and vibration settings. Easy to use and operate. At given price point this is no brainer

I have lower back pain and this has helped me a lot over the last week since I got it. I stand on it for 8-10 minutes a day and my back pain is much better. It feels heavy and well built. The remote is a nice touch so I don't have to bend over to turn it on and off. Non slip top is appreciated when it vibrates like crazy.

I really like this product. The machine itself is really sturdy. It’s easy to use, just plug it in and push the play button. There’s a remote control, I can adjust the speed and time on it. When I stand on it, I feel like every muscles in my body is shaking. I use this machine while I’m watching TV.

it was super easy to use and assemble. it also comes with a remote where you can adjust the speed on! this machine helps with tense muscles and pain in my back. it doesnt take up much room at all and its also very quiet. i really like this workout machine and i recommend it a lot.

I actually have another vibrating exercise plate but it has magnetic massage points on the plate like many other vibration plate have. I like this model because it has flat platform without those bumpy points, which prevents me from using it for plank as it bothers and hurs my arms. With this flat platform, it allows me to do many more exercises that I normally can't with other model I have.This model can also support up to 400lbs in weight, which is at least more than 100lbs support compared to other models. While. I don't even weight 200lbs yet, it's good to know that this thing can handle more than what I will ever need. I also like that LED screen and the control buttons are in the middle of the plate rather than on the top, which gives me more space for my feet and prevent accidental pressing of the buttons. It's nice that it comes with a remote control so I don't have to bend down to change the setting when I'm standing on this platform. Excellent exercise platform with vibration mode to help you lose more calories. Highly recommend it!
