We've been pleasantly surprised by this vibration plate. The intensity level is adjustable and it seems to be relatively sturdy.I can definitely feel a bit sore after using this while doing squats, but I'm not entirely sure how true the vendor's claims about health benefits are. My only other complaint is that the resistance bands don't really offer me much, uh, resistance.

This unit works as described. Whether it helps with weight loss is still in question. I like the variety of settings available, though the instructions are not very clear. I mainly use it 15 minutes at a time. I got this to help with my lymph system after surgery and it did seem to help with the swelling and drainage, (after dr. approval). I find that it doesn’t like you using one foot at a time, and not very stable for palates sit ups. I have two gripes: 1) The cord isn’t even 4ft long and requires a three-prong extension cord. 2) The top is not very comfortable for standing barefoot. The pattern hurts the bottom of my feet at the edges.

This vibration plate works well and isn't too noisy or obnoxious when using. Its interesting to use, I cant say I've noticed any major difference in my health but its only been a few weeks. I can say it works as described as in it vibrates and comes as pictured.

Works great and as advertised. My wife wanted this as she said it helps your lymph system. I don't know if it does or does not. But, it sure does shake you (vibrate). So if there are health benefits to this - this one certainly will make you a better person.

I am in love with this vibration plate exercise machine. I like to use it after I practice my yoga.I have tried squats which really work your legs and abs, low planks and high planks which really work your abs, shoulders and arms, lunges working my thighs and glutes, and the hardest of all- boat. Crud’s cross is nice for relaxing after everything.I love the tingling feeling I get afterwards that is relaxing and invigorating at the same time.I am still trying to figure out and remember which setting does what. You can tell the difference between the low, medium, and high vibration levels on the foot pad. I prefer the low and medium. The machine works great.

This vibration plate is super easy to use and set up. It vibrates on multiple settings and does a great job. You can actually feel the burn after using it for just 20 minutes. I've used this for a couple weeks now and my whole body feels better. You can feel the benefits afterwards. Great price

I have never used a vibration plate before so I was excited to see if it was all about the hype. Now after using it for about a month I can not definitively say that this type of exercise it something that really benefits me or lives up to the hype. It definitely shakes and bakes your body when it is on, I did like it and did feel fatigued a bit after standing on it. The machine itself is fairly well built and seems like it will last a bit. It is in the budget range for one of these types of vibration plates, so maybe get this one and see if it is something you like and then you can upgrade later.

I really like this machine and am quite pleased to have it. So far I've been using either the P5 or P6 programs, which run for 10 minutes and invigorate me a bit. There is clearly SOME exercise benefit, given that every time I've used it I've noticed warmth in my lower thigh above my knee (and perhaps a little warmth below the knee). However, the seller's conventional-exercise comparisons on the Amazon page, to jogging, cycling etc. are inappropriate. I also question how much the machine can benefit weight loss — though I do want to lose a few pounds. Certainly using the machine 10 minutes per day is not enough to obtain much weight loss benefit, if any.I have faulty knees (partial meniscectomies on both) that don't routinely give me trouble but occasionally are painful. However, my concerns that this machine might worsen the problem have been unfounded, per my limited experience. Moreover, a bit of research suggests that the vibrations may even be helpful for some knee problems. The machine comes with two nicely-made elastic 'bungee cords' that attach with carabiners to steel flats that pivot out from the bottom of the machine when needed. Each of the cords comes with a comfortable padded handle. I'm a six footer, and the cords are just right for me to do bicep curls while I'm being vibrated.. (A shorter person may want to shorten the cords where they tie to the carabiners.)The unit comes with a wireless remote-control device, which I find quite helpful.Overall, I'm pleased to have this machine, and feel comfortable giving it a four-star rating. However, given the seller's exaggerated benefit claims, I cannot give it a five star rating. (Arguably, I should subtract two stars for that exaggeration.) If my opinion changes over long-term use, I will potentially revisit this review in the future.
