Wow this is terrific! I have had it for a week now, have used it for 10 minutes daily, and already I feel good things happening in my body. I had to start out using this in 1 minute bursts and slowly do more. But after the first day of a total about 15 minutes I can absolutely feel and smell a difference, my lymph nodes are much cleaner.Muscles feel great, circulation definitely increases, breathing is better... I like it a lot.

I was very skeptical about ordering this product, but I was not disappointed. Very good quality! I really did not expect the tightening of my muscles in my legs and butt. Also, the subtle swelling throughout my body was reduced...especially in my ankles and knees. On average, I use it 2 to 3 times a day on Program 4, which is 10 minutes a session.Just FYI...sometimes it makes my skin itch a lot when it is shaking, but it stops as soon as you are done with your session.
