New way to exercise and I love it! I got bored of traditional exercises and wanted to try something new and fun! This exercise vibrating plate has a remote and easy to use, it took me about 10 minutes to learn how to use it! It feels like a have even more energy after using it!I’d really recommend to try it if you ever side at home :)

I've had this machine for almost a week and I can tell you it's worth every penny. It's easy to use with the remote and the auto mode as soon as you step on it. Very functional. You feel the vibrations throughout your body and your pain goes away with it. Depending on the desired intensity you can position your feet as directed on the machine. I get in everyday after my workouts and it feels great to just stand there and feel the relief.

This is my first vibration plate and second product from Yesoul. Its very easy to use and we can increase the speeds with remote.I do running on treadmill for almost everyday and this one really different.The vibration plate applies the pressure directly to muscles.I tested for almost 1 hour and its really great.The product is very durable and sturdy and very Quiet.I recommend this to everyone.
