I love this vibration plate and I highly recommend it! It has been a lifesaver for me as I am requiring much-needed, help with lymphatic drainage, and circulation support as well as exercise support. This vibration exercise machine is a well made good looking machine with many good features. Seven preprogrammed routines or it can be changed manually.It came well packed and can be used in many smaller places.It is super easy to use and the remote is very convenient.My experience with the whole body vibration is that it can help reduce back pain and improve lymphatic drainage - per instructions always keep joints slightly bent when using machine. For a more intense experience place feet wider apart on boardAt the end of each session my body feels refreshed and energized.Following the instructions I would not use this machine if you have any of the excluded conditions, listed in the instruction manual like artificial joints.It accommodates up to 450 lbs. per the description. I am over 250 lbs and it works very well for me.Overall a very good buy. Five stars.

I was skeptical with the price but this machine is very sturdy. I have been using it for two weeks straight and no issues. I am 195 lbs and on any setting/speed it never struggles. I even had a larger person, +350lbs, try it out and it had no issues. It is too early to say if I see any real benefits but since I stand at my desk at work all day this is a nice way to at least keep my leg muscles loose. The remote control is a nice touch to change settings while standing on it.

The vibrating plate that I purchased to very easy to use. The instructions were easy to read. This machine has improved my leg strength and after my daily walk of at least 2 miles this machine helps relax my legs. I have MS and with MS I have neuropathy problems that cause numbing sensations of my legs and feet. This machine calms my lower extremities. Thank you! This machine is affordable and in my opinion has and continues to improve and increase my energy levels while also provides calming sensations to my body.
