Well built, its nice to have if you are watching tv and want to get in some recovery. I don't think you are going to lose a bunch of weight using this. Its no bad as a recovery tool though.

This vibration plate is very heavy, heavy duty and has good suction to the floor. Comes with a remote to change power levels and plugs in. easy to set up just plug in, turn on switch and VIBRATE! I do wish it had a longer cord as it's hard to find a big enough place and close to an outlet.It goes into AUTO mode automatically when first turned on. You can change to manual mode if you like but I keep it in auto mode. It has 3 different settings, feet together is like walking, feet a little bit apart is like jogging and furthest apart is like running. And OH BOY! You can feel everything shake and I mean shake on running. I felt it in my legs, glutes, stomach and even my toes. It also has 10 different levels with 10 being the strongest. So far, I am super impressed. It shuts off automatically after 10 minutes and believe me you don't need any more than 10 minutes at a time. I can't wait to see the changes in my body. A very quiet machine that won't bother anyone while in use. This even feels like a whole-body massager as your muscles are getting a workout. It also says it helps with circulation and inflammation.Overall, I am impressed so far with this vibrating plate. Will update this review with my progress/changes after a bit more of use.

This vibration plate has been a solid addition to my workout space. The silicone pedal feels comfortable underfoot, and the Bluetooth setup lets me play music through it, which keeps things fun while I’m moving. It’s got a decent weight limit, feels stable even when I push it, and the vibrations seem to get deep enough to shake things up. The lymphatic drainage angle is a cool perk, makes me feel like it’s doing more than just a surface-level buzz. It’s quiet enough to use without bothering anyone, and the size works well since I can tuck it away when I’m done. Setup was straightforward, no big hassle there. I’d say it’s a good option if you’re into something that mixes fitness with a bit of relaxation and doesn’t take up much room.

It HURTS.. i mean really when i use it i can feel ALL the muscles in my body flopping around like i'm a rag doll! and The next morning.. yikes! AND to top it all off i'm gonna have to buy new clothes because these seem to be stretched out by all the jiggling! ---

This thing is great! Very Heavy, suctions to the floor, comes with a remote to change power levels, has a timer, plug in, turn on and shake what your mama gave you! The only complaint is the power cord is short so finding an outlet and space to put this was a little bit of a challenge. This is not a little machine.. I weighed myself before starting and going to see if I do this for 20-30 minutes a day how much weight will I lose. (will update review once I have results) You can stand 3 different ways.. feet together is supposed to be like you are walking, a little spaced apart jogging and far apart is running. WOWZERS! The running stance you can feel everything shaking. I was impressed on how much I felt in my legs, glutes, stomach and more. You can adjust to 10 different levels with 10 being the strongest. So far, I am highly impressed.
