This umbrella base fit perfect under our lightweight patio table. It holds the umbrella securely so it won't blow into the pool (the old one wasn't heavy enough and our old umbrella went right in)I do want to say, it feels a lot heavier than 40 lbs Much much heavier, we used a dolly to move it. But due to it's heaviness, it holds the umbrella in place nicely. The white color is elegant too and it's made really well. A nice departure from the usual round bases.

These stands do not hold the umbrella because the poll stand is to short. Blow over in the wind. I Ordered 3 but to heavy to send back. They are built well but poor design.

Great item! Fits under the table and holds the umbrella perfectly. I had ordered another one and it did not fit under table so this makes me so happy. Nice weight, nice sized, love it!

The 40 pound umbrella base is fine. When unpacking, I found the large Collar to be broken.I’m a 76 years old female, weighing 110 pounds, so I am not able to pack up the base and return it.I’m hoping this comment will be read and I’ll be sent a replacement collar.Thank you
