But here's the secret to success when growing these delicate beauties from seed: they can be a bit finicky. Fear not! We've got your back. Before you start, pop your seeds in the refrigerator for a few days. When it's time to plant, aim for a fairly cool temperature, ideally between 60°F to 65°F. Sprinkle those seeds onto your starting mix, then gently add a bit more mix to cover them with about 1/8" of soil—yes, they like to be covered. Place them in a dark room, but don't forget to check on them. Keep the soil moist but not waterlogged. Too much moisture and light are their arch-nemeses! In around 20 days, you'll spot the first leaves. Now, they're ready for a sunnier, warmer spot. Give them a few days to adjust, and then it's transplant time! If you're planting them outside, make sure they have a bit of soil covering them. Easy, right? Cool and dark until they emerge, then let them bask in the sun's glow. I grew these last summer and all I got were white flowers, NO color ones. Going to try again this summer hopefully maybe I'll get some color.

I disliked the mixture of these seeds! Very few flowers came up! The results were no where near what appears on package. Disappointed!

I was skeptical, having never before ordered seeds from Amazon, but these Pansy seeds have proven my doubts wrong. They have an impressive germination rate, and the plants are strong and healthy.

I was so excited to get the seeds and save money not having to purchase individual plants from the store. I usually have a green thumb and don’t have problems with seeds but none of these 1000 seeds did anything. I even had them under a grow light for part of the day but they were a flop

used a grow matt, grow light and covered starter trays...seeds germinated well...I really didn't think my little plants were going to make it outside so I bought some more from home depot....now, 6 months later, most of my home depots are giving out, but my seedlings are going strong and are 3 times as big...so, if you are willing to get them going, they look fantastic....I might try an area of direct sowing this October (I live in TX).
