Great Product. Used it to replace Modine 5H73035 . Fit was perfect. Overhead furnace ran great. Way less expensive than the Actual Modine Fan delay Switch.

I like that the cost is about 10 percent of a factory unit

The female spades were difficult to remove form the OEM original relay requiring two needle nose pliers. The female spades required a slight squeeze to fit tightly on the male spades of this replacement. The new relay performed as stated by the manufacturer. A great savings consistent with the price of most relays on the market compared to Modine's price.

Product Worked as described. I was not sure if this would work with my unit because numbers on my unit were little different. But the product works fine on a 45+ years old HVAC unit.
