The set up was very easy. So far it works great. But, this item is made of plastic so I don't know how long it will last. So I am sure it will not rust.

Very easy to install, and with the soap dispenser under the sink, you rarely run out with the jumbo Dawn. Excellent product.

i think this is an awesome gadget works great no more visible dish detergent. easy to install my sink had a hole on the side and i just put it in and screw it tight. that simple .

The soap dispenser works great and you just push the long tube into the whole big bottle of dish washing soap and you don't have to worry about filling the small bottle anymore, and also with the sponge tray attacked everything is easy and you can move it anywhere you choose.

I like this dispenser very much, replacing the ‘not very old’ expensive model that NEVER worked properly. Old one: soap dispenser screwed in, the spout was too short, the pump mechanism stiff and basically useless. THIS one, however, makes changing the soap easy, using the pump simple and, BONUS, the little cage shelf sidebar is a brilliant addition. Love it!

The soap pump works fine. It has good pressure. It is made of plastic so I don’t know if it’s going to last more than 2 maybe 3 years tops. The box did come destroyed and it was put in a bag, but when I open the bag, Parts just fell out and it took me a few minutes to figure out if I had all the parts because there were no directions. I didn’t buy a used dispenser, but I can’t think that this wasn’t a returned item that they just sent back out as new. But like I said it functions properly it looks decent, but it is all plastic and you do get what you pay for.
