The soap dispenser is a good idea; however, if installed in some sinks, the top cannot be screwed on tightly.Also, the dispenser does not hold much soap; it has to be refilled often. The spout is a bit short, so the liquid does not always go where needed.

I highly recommend this product. It is easy to install and very reasonable priced. My original one is a very; expensive and heavy duty and I came to realized it is a disadvante. I have to buy an basin wrence to take it out and still not easy because it is all rusted. What I did was I took out my angle grinder used it very carefully after replacing it with a thin metal disc and only then I was able to knock it down literally. The new ones now and this one all made of plastic and the best advantage if you want to replace it, it's gonna be easy because it is only hand tight with a wing design so easy not like the rusted metal one. Once I knocked down the original, it is literally mere seconds to replace it. I highly, highly recommend this product.

Easy to install, looks good, is a nice clean look on the back of the sink. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a bit hard to fill. The hole is kind of small to pour the soap in, making it take a bit longer to fill than I think it should. It also makes it sturdier and more durable, so I guess that is a trade off that is worthwhile.

This dispenser works and serves the intended purpose. However, it is not very sturdy, so you need to use it carefully. As another reviewer pointed out, do not push down on the spout to dispense soap. Press on the top of the plunger instead. I thought this unit included a funnel to assist in filling, but mine did not come with one. I used a small funnel I already had. Filling it is not a fast process because the bottle neck to too small. If you used very thin soap, it would probably fill faster. I filled mine with regular liquid hand soap and am able to pump it out without a problem. I installed a new faucet that left the old side sprayer hose hole empty. This unit looks nice and covers the hole in my sink top.
