This was so easy to install and now there is no more soap mess and no need to refill the little soap bottle.

We’ve had ours since 2019 (now 2024) and love it! Easy to install, too. You should be able to pull your soap pump straight up, disconnect the NeverMT tubing from the stiffer tube of the soap pump (put a chip clip on the NeverMT tube to keep it from falling back through the hole in your countertop). Clean old soap debris from your soap pump, and if you’ve got a tiny cleaning brush, run it through the spout. I put ours in a bowl of hot water and pump it until it runs clean, then pump the water out. This prevents build-up of gunk and keeps things running nicely. People sometimes complain theirs stops working, but in fact, if you do a bit of maintenance, these will operate smoothly for years.I waited 2 years to clean one of our pumps, and the soap pump developed a tiny crack and would no longer work. I had to replace it. Easy to tell if this happens: just affix a lotion pump to the NeverMT tubing, if that works but your original doesn’t, you need to replace the original – and clean it more regularly. We had to get creative with one of our NeverMT’s because the soap bottle needed to be stored in a unique place (in the back of the non-moving part of a lazy Suzan). Finding the correct hose diameter is a hassle as they don’t list it. I bought a spare NeverMT kit and removed the longer end of tubing to use. I do wish they’d provide longer lengths or at least list the OD and ID (outer diameter and inner diameter) of the tubing.I’ve never regretted adding soap pump hole(s) to our granite countertops because these do work, well. They don’t leak soap onto the countertops, ever. On any of ours.

Do not do what I did: Do not hear about this years ago and then think you could save a couple of bucks making one yourself out of tubing from Home Depot and some check-valves from the local aquarium. Yes, the parts are look the same but they absolutely do not work the same! I invested many hours (days?) trying to get my homemade, reverse-engineered version of this to work and it sometimes did, but not for long, and never without a minimum hour-plus of pump-priming and soapy water mess everywhere. I finally wised up a last month and ponied up the ~$35 for two of these. (At this point would have paid 10x this to get something to work, so thanks for the huge savings!!!) I installed it in under 30 minutes (easy for anyone to do), and now we have reliably-pumpable dish soap from one side, and hand soap from the other, the way nature intended when we first remodeled our kitchen a year ago! If you already have or plan to drill soap dispenser holes in your countertop, this is an absolute must-have to make it work they way you are expecting it to work. Get this! Get the original! Be happy like I am now!

So, so happy not to have to refill our kitchen soap dispenser all the time. I was always stuck with refilling it at least every week because the wife never wanted to attempt it. We use the cheaper Ajax brand dish soap since we feel Dawn is just too thick/concentrated, and as such we go through more of it than we did Dawn.We installed this on a somewhat regular size bottle of Ajax. In the future we can buy larger, heavier bottles of dish soap since we don't have to worry about turning them upside down to refill our soap dispenser again. We placed it in a small bucket just in case we have any leaks, but so far not a drop has leaked from anything. This conversion kit is working perfectly!I was a little hesitant to buy it since there are plenty of negative reviews. But I'm glad I took the plunge and tried it. I didn't need to use any of the breather hole covers that were included even though I do have a Delta soap dispenser. As instructed, I attached the shorter end to my soap pump's pickup straw after warming it with hot water. I did have to pump A LOT during this initial install to get the soap up to the top, but after that the valve along the tubing keeps the soap in place and using the dispenser works exactly the same as if it had the original bottle attached. I think some of the negative reviews are due to people installing it incorrectly or having a breather hole on their soap dispenser pump that they're not covering, which would cause a bad leak over time. For us it's working perfectly, no leaks. So happy. We'll never go back to awkwardly refilling those small soap dispenser bottles every again! Thank you Never - MT! (I still don't know what "MT " stands for in the name?)

After renovating kitchen, the taps came with soap dispenser, instead of always reaching up to fill the bottle, just put this in the big refill bottle and wait until it needs to be changed
