This dispenser does not stay primed. You have to pump it over 50 times before you get a small amount of soap out of it. I have tried all of the manufacturer's suggestions, however, nothing works. Also, poor quality materials.

Love this pump fir dish soap. Best part hose goes in entire bottle of soap, so you are not consistently refilling

It's pretty much what you would expect except the tubing that is Supplied is absolute crap for what they expected to do I went to cheap inexpensive vinyl tubing and it solved the problem edit its a piece of crap

Cette pompe à savon est tellement pratique. Après en avoir acheté pour mes salles de bain j'en ai acheté une autre pour la cuisine.Fini les remplissages fréquent.Maintenant la grosse bouteille de savon et le petit boyau sous l'armoire et up la pompe fait sa magie.Je vous la recommande.

Classy looking dispenser! Arc shape matches faucet. Easy to install, simply connect the hose to the big ugly jug under the sink, no refills, no clutter, and I love it!

I had to do a warranty replacement of a Kohler faucet. Fantastic company for another review.Looking at the three holes that were covered with an adapter plate, dish and hand soap dispensers immediately called out for those holes. So, I put in two, and they are incredibly stylish on either side of the faucet.The dispensers are repurposed from the usual top fill units. They have the threaded inserts for the bottles that are usually below the sink and refilled by pulling out the pump from the top. No straw to go into the bottle. Tubing fits over the stem, not into it as the straw did. When installing, the thick washer is on top on the sink under the housing. Pull the pump off the top, put you mouth over the tubing and use it as a straw. Notch or no notch, the end that has suction goes to the pump. Other end goes into the bottle. The anti drain valve on both of mine was installed wrong. Just use your mouth. The tubing must be installed to the pump with the pump out of the housing. You need to push the tubing all the way onto the stem.Last advise item, I did not use the supplied supply bottle caps. There needs to be venting to let air in to displace the liquid being pumped out. Same way you need to burp the ketchup bottle to let air in.Reading reviews, I did load the pumps prior to install. No backflow. Dawn 10x dish soap and Dawn Green Apple hand soap. Very thick, very heavy. Pumps great. I let it sit for two days, no issues. Took about 30 minutes to install both. Between the faucet installation and the two pumps, about an hour. Took two hours to sort and clean out the area under the sink for reference : )

My first install was tedious and took forever because I was installing it wrong. After it was installed wrong - black rubber gasket was on top of the sink, not underneath where it belonged - plus, the pump wouldn't pump.I came here to read reviews and 1. Saw the black gasket belonged underneath the sink 🤬 and 2. Someone else had the hose installed correctly, like me... Notched end goes on the pump, the other end goes in the soap and the pump wasn't pumping so they flipped the check valve. Hello! That fixed my issue of not pumping soap, but I still had to undo my entire first install and redo it the right way. The second time I used plumbers putty under the pump and that made the second install easier because the putty helped to keep the pump in place while screwing the nut underneath.I had another pump I bought here on Amazon in 2021 and it worked pretty good, but the soap I was using, Ginger Lily Farms Basil (also purchased here), was coagulating and became too thick for the pump. That's why I bought this and a different gallon of dish soap. Palmolive. I hope this lasts longer than a year and a half. We shall see.Installing this, maybe check your check valve BEFORE installation to make sure it's not flipped. To flip the check valve, just pull the hoses off both ends taking note of how it needs to be flipped.The end of the hose that has a little notch cut in it goes on the pump, the other end goes in the soap AND the black rubber gasket goes under the sink before the nut is screwed down. If you have plumbers putty, you might want to use it under the pump. It makes the installation a lot easier.So far I like this and hope it continues to work.
