I have two unneeded holes in my new sink; bought this square dispenser and the same company's round pump dispenser to occupy the space. I had wanted a 7" deep sink, but could only find 5" or 9" models. The 5" worked better with my plumbing, but the only immediately available one had two holes, close together. I decided to tu rn the sink to the left so that the two dispensers are on my left, and the faucet will be in the usual faucet location. A little funky, but it works. Not installed yet; may send update in a couple of weeks

Very easy to install. Works well after a “few” pumps to get it going. I might prime the line with the dish soap before attaching lol. Otherwise I like it and it looks good!!

Our 20-year-old kitchen soap dispenser finally gave up the ghost and we replaced it with this model and loved it.It was an easy install. It offers two ways to dispense the soap, both from underneath the sink. One, by screwing on the supplied soap bottle to the dispenser on by using the tubing supplied that can be inserted to the dish soap bottle. When you pump the dispenser, it sucks up the soap from the dish soap bottle to and through the dispenser. We chose the second option since it's easier to replace a bottle of dish soap from underneath the sink then screwing and unscrewing a bottle connected to the dispenser.

This product is very good quality. It offers the option of an under sink soap container or using the manufacturers bulk soap bottle. We like this feature since it extends the time between needing to replenish the soap. We have been very pleased with the value, quality and performance of this product.

During a recent Kitchen redo replaced our old faucet with a very Modern Faucet--very square in design. So needed a square soap dispenser to match. Saw this CREA model in brushed nickel--- it was Perfect. easy installation and works well. Great price point. Thanks Amazon

The CREA Soap Dispenser for Kitchen Sink not only boasts an attractive design but also offers straightforward installation. The dispenser head functions smoothly, complementing my Moen faucet in both material and color. It's undoubtedly a worthwhile investment.

Works well and easy to install. Had an issue and customer service was great and responsive. Just a tip if using the long line to put in a large soap bottle be patient it takes a long time to prime the line and get the soap flowing.

Bought this unit because of its claimed convenience of being able to pump soap directly from a large refill bottle using an extended hose. I am not exaggerating when I say it took 500 pumps to get the to draw from the bottle on the floor of the cabinet below the sink. I assumed that once the pump was "primed" it would work fine, so I was willing to spend five minutes pumping the soap up to the spigot. The next day, the soap had gone back down the tube about a foot, requiring another 100 pumps to dispense again. I abandoned the tube and installed the bottle. To fill the bottle, you simply remove the pump from the holder and pour soap into the bottle. Unfortunately, that opening is so small (barely wider than the "straw"), that it takes another 5 minutes to fill the bottle from above the counter. A lousy design. On top of that, the materials are cheap - there is absolutely no "heft" to the unit at all. Overall, a poor product not worth the time, effort, or money.
