The description says brushed nickel, but it looks more like brushed chrome. Not sure if I will keep it since the color is so different from my faucet.Kept the soap dispenser due to the reasonable price; will learn to live with the color difference.Easy install. Not as hard to get soap pumping through as had feared based on other reviews; recommend cut tubing to needed length and use good solid pumps to get it going.Increased rating to 3 stars; time will tell about functioning of the product.

The previous dispenser I had purchased would not hold its prime. So when ever we were away for more than a week, it would take many many pumps to start the soap flowing again. This one has a better check valve that holds the soap in place over time. It works great and looks very attractive. Its also pretty easy to install. We love it.

I recently purchased this dish soap dispenser for my kitchen sink, and it has been a great addition. The design is sleek and modern, easily matching my kitchen decor. The pump is smooth and works well, dispensing just the right amount of soap with each press, which helps reduce waste. I especially appreciate how easy it is to refill—no more struggling with awkwardly large soap bottles. The dispenser is durable and feels sturdy, and the size is perfect for my needs. Overall, it has improved the functionality and look of my kitchen sink area, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to streamline their dishwashing routine.

I have been wanting to add this feature to my sink for a long time now and finally got around to adding it and I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner! Having the soap dispensed from under the sink is amazing, it cleans up the clutter around the sink and provides a better aesthetic for the kitchen. The finish on the handle matched my sink perfectly so it blends right in. The hose that it comes with is plenty long to place the soap bottle where it’s convenient for you.Refilling is not complicated at all making it hassle free. The only issue I did notice with it is the plug that fits in the bottle opening to allow you to put the hose in is not engineered quite right (at least for the bottle i have). The issue i experienced was it doesn’t seat in well and would pop out if the bottle were to fall over. I feel that it could be just a bit better on that to earn a 5 star rating.Overall, I love this product and it was a perfect addition and since my soap bottle doesn’t move the plug not fitting properly is not an issue and I would definitely recommend this product.

Love this dispenser, even despite small issues (that can be easily resolved). Jumping to issues first. I had to cut out my old (much more expensive and it still broke) soap dispenser so I hooked this up in a weird configuration temporarily until I could get the old one cut out. It worked perfectly. But, when I had to re-install it the correct way, the tube would no longer stay on the pump. I think it was because the soap got in between the two parts and it was too slippery. So, I just tightened a zip tie around it and problem solved. It would create a mess under the sink so I’d personally do this even if you’re installing it the first time. Why risk it? Next issue… I had initially dropped the ball thingy down into the bottle which was nearly empty. I figured while I was under the sink, I may as well put a full bottle. Not so fast. Since the “ball” barely fit in the bottle opening, it wouldn’t come back out. It detached and was stuck inside the old bottle. I cut the bottle open to retrieve it. Probably should have zipped tied that end back on before dropping it in the bottle too! But, I didn’t. Aside from that, it looks nice, pumps great and was 1/4 of the cost of my “nice” one that broke within 2 years anyway (and was a pain to rrmove once the metal nut got “welded” into place). I’m glad this one is plastic. It will make it much easier to remove when I need to replace it. If it lasts 6 months, it’ll still be more cost effective than the expensive one. It pumps as it should. I love it so far.
