I thought the Singer brand might be a better quality. I was wrong. Right out of the brand new package several of the needle eyes are filled with jagged rough metal. These will cut your thread. One eye was broke. If you're looking for good quality needles keep on looking. These are not it.

I gave up trying to use the so-called self-threading feature after multiple tries. I finally gave up, and threaded it the standard way much quicker, thanks to the large eyes.
