This is an excellent product! I have inflammation in my rotator cuff. I work in a food manufacturing facility and I need to be able to make adjustments to my brace on the fly. I don’t have time to go to someone to ask them to help me adjust my brace when I’m working on the line. The bicep buckle allows me to do that. Other brands don’t have that. Others say to ask someone else for in putting their brace on. I don’t have time for that! This brace also has Velcro straps up around the shoulder for more support. The whole area is receptive for Velcro. You are not limited by anything and you can tighten it as much as you need to. With other brands, you are limited to the size of the square patch that is Velcro receptive. The rest of the area does not accept Velcro. If you need more support, too bad! You won’t find it here! This shoulder brace is by far the best one on the market. I’ve put it through its paces on the production floor and it has held up amazingly! Highly recommended!

This brace / support works well and is of high quality materials. The fit is good, and installs somewhat easily. However, there is a design flaw that is rather serious. The strap and buckle assembly at the bottom of the brace was made with the buckle between the arm and body toward the front side, this causes an irritation that is quite uncomfortable, and it's location makes tightening the strap ( Velcro) a challenge. There is no way to relocate the buckle on our unit. This relieves the arm stress, but creates another pain near the armpit.

I wear a size 56 sports coat so was worried this would fit around my shoulder. It not only fit, but i was able to adjust the tightness without fear it would come undone. As for pain relief, it does not seem to provide enough support to do much other than to remind you to not over stretch. However, it did a great job of holding a flexible ice pack in place which provided significant relief while still allowing range of motion without it falling out.It did seem to stay in place and not ride up or down my torso, so thumbs up for that.

Updating my review as I have had some issues. The strap that holds this under the arm has broken and I cannot tighten it anymore. There is no way to contact Ziegler for me to purchase another strap, I give them a zero for customer support due to being unable to contact them at all or them not responding to my request through Amazon. As for the brace it's decent, but there are much better ones out there. The main issue is that there is nothing to hold the brace down on the side where it goes around the chest, so the brace continuously rides up to where it loses pressure on the shoulder and the strap irritates my neck. The brace also tends to rotate forwards aggravating a forward slumped posture, I find myself having to rotate it backwards every few minutes. The strap that holds this onto your bicep has a plastic D-ring which really digs into the arm because of its placement. I would suggest having some sort of brace with a strap that goes around the back and helps to hold down the strap going under the arm. I have recently switched to the Evo Sports SB03 brace which has a much much better design . The Evo brace does have a design where all the straps are held down and the brace does not move at all. Further the Evo has a much better design on how and where it pulls on the shoulder, it's actually a design where you have 4 adjustment points instead of the 1 on the Ziegler, which makes it much more versatile and stable when doing activity. With the Ziegler if I put my arm forward the brace loses any tightness/stability, but with the Evo the stability is retained, allowing me to function when I need it and not just when I'm sitting still. Lastly the D ring placement on where the Evo attaches to the arm is placed where it does not bother my arm.TLDR: Zero customer service, subpar design

Feels great but for left arm wearing causes the bicep buckle to rub as it’s on the underside and not outer.Initial dyes rub off first day on skin but... not a big deal.Major concern is lack of instructions ANYWHERE on how to adjust for best support based on injury. No real breakdown on proper wear.
