I have flabby arms, so this brace almost doesn’t fit around my arm. The velcro strap needs to be longer. For my particular injury (shoulder SLAP tear), it would also be better if the arm strap wasn’t directly under my arm, because I’m unable to lift my arm up that way (imagine as if you’re putting on deodorant).It was also very difficult to position on my shoulder with a frozen ice pack, because it gets hard in the freezer. Refrigerating or using it as a heat pack is better.It offered no stability for my shoulder either. I need my upper arm to remain immobile so I don’t aggravate my shoulder SLAP tear. An additional strap that goes under my breasts would be ideal. I can use my arm from the elbow down, just not above the elbow.

This shoulder brace provides the support I need to relieve the pain in my shoulder due to tendinitis. I wore it to bed last night and it was very helpful.

It does work well - IF you can get it on. I can do the band around my chest but not the band around my arm. So, it only works so/so as it is not tight to my arm. I do recommend you buy an extra freeze pack so you can switch them out. The freeze packs are pretty handy overall.

I'm not a small girl, so I was worried about this not fitting me, but it does with room to spare! (I'm 5'3 and 185 lbs.) Not only that, but it works very well on my rotator cuff tear.The injury is quite painful and having to hold ice packs to my shoulder is a pain in the a**.I will be ordering more of the ice packs, but wanted to make sure that this fit well before doing so.If you have any kind of shoulder injury, then I highly recommend this shoulder strap/ice pack.

I had a two year struggle with a rotator cuff injury where I was unable to move my arm without tremendous pain and after taking numerous prescription pain killers, expensive visits to the chiropractor and massage therapies, I decided to purchase this product. I reviewed many testimonials of others who tried it and I decided to give it a try. After a few weeks of wearing this product I began to feel relief and after a few months I was able to raise my arms all because this product forced me to rest my arm by restricting my arm movements. I would recommend this product to anyone who has had a similar challenge because it did wonders for me.

This product is awesome I heat the ice pack Helps so much other one I bought was too hard to put on in fact I threw across room by time I reached around trying to grab strap it had cooled off They need to realize people who Buy these things are in pain and basically have one arm to put it on I’m average size fits perfectly only thing I could add To make better needs to stabilize arm too much freedom to turn arm wrong way but as far as securing heat to area it’s great

This as a very smart design where you can put your ice pack into the shoulder. Easy to use and clever design. I were this after playing Water Volleyball. Had rotator cuff surgery last year and always ice my shoulder when I am done playing.

This product is difficult to put on if you have a shoulder problem. Considering that is the only reason to use it, it simply is not practical. I am a small person and the small was too tight to secure, yet the shoulder portion puckers up, rendering it useless for support. I will contact the seller regarding this issue.
