This was exactly what I needed when the PT guy told me to add heat to my shoulder. Prior the advice was ice. This is adjustable every way and gives even heat where it's need. Vibration is optional. It charges with a USB-C connector, heats for an hour or more on a charge, I think it's excellent value...

I had a huge rotator cuff surgery in December 2024. They said it would be simple surgery and that my Rotator cuff was not involved. Which I know was wrong, I made them promise to fix anything they found wrong. Well this product is a life saver, I can warmup my arm before my physical therapy appointments and before doing my physical therapy at home which saves additional pain. Itâs easy to charge and wear well at work in the healthcare field. I am on the move and I donât have to stop to take care of myself and my pain. Easy on and off.

I like it. Wireless, heat and vibration. Lasts long on one charge.

Instructions on using straps could be better. But by using this heat strap, youâre not tied down to an electric outlet. The wrap does not put out as much heat, even on full heat, as a plug in heating pad.The battery only lasts about two hours an to recharge to 100% takes two hours also.Even with less heat than a plug in heating pad, wearing the wrap still felt good.

The main issues with this is if you recently had shoulder surgery, trying to set it up is a real challenge. As a result it is very difficult to get it to stay in place and to be able to see the controller. The one thing I noticed was that to get the true effect of the massager part, you have to really hold it tight to the skin and the same holds true for the heat. The heat doesn't radiate down to the entire bicep, nor over to the shoulder. The massager is more of an annoyance than beneficial for your shoulder issue. I give it a 3 star because it does create some heat, but take away 2 stars because it is not easy to use the controller, to put on, and to keep it in place. If you want real results you are probably just as well off to alternate between ice packs and a heating pad and do therapy.
